Refund Policy for Prints Perfection
1. Refund Eligibility- At Prints Perfection, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for a Refund- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Returned within 5 days of your receipt of the order.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all original materials included.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items- Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Custom orders that are personalized or specially commissioned.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Digital downloads.
4. Processing Returns- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@printsperfection.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
5. Refund Process- Once your return is received and inspected, we will
send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with our return policy.
6. Approved Refunds If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@printsperfection.com
8. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
